Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- ˜…Position Overview:
- Responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. They play a crucial role in generating revenue for the organization by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals.
- ˜…Key tasks and responsibilities:
- ˜…Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold-calling. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- ˜…Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits of the products or services to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- ˜…Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to provide personalized solutions.
- ˜…Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with customers to close sales deals. Address customer objections and concerns effectively to overcome any barriers to the sale.
- ˜…Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives.
- ˜…Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ˜…Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- ˜…Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- ˜…Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives.
- ˜…Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Attend sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills and stay competitive.
- ˜…Perform any other job that are assigned by Director from time to time.
- ˜…Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
