Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • ˜…Position Overview:
  • Responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. They play a crucial role in generating revenue for the organization by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals.
  • ˜…Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • ˜…Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold-calling. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • ˜…Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Highlight the features and benefits of the products or services to persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • ˜…Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to provide personalized solutions.
  • ˜…Sales Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and agreements with customers to close sales deals. Address customer objections and concerns effectively to overcome any barriers to the sale.
  • ˜…Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives.
  • ˜…Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • ˜…Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • ˜…Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • ˜…Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives.
  • ˜…Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Attend sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills and stay competitive.
  • ˜…Perform any other job that are assigned by Director from time to time.
  • ˜…Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
